Description:
This vertical fluidized bed CVD system is specially designed for CVD experiments on powder surface deposition.
Vertical openable structure. The double-layer shell is a vertically openable structure, making it easy to pick up and place the furnace tube. It is equipped with an air cooling system to keep the temperature of the furnace shell within a safe range.
Multi-stage intelligent PID program temperature control. The temperature control system adopts PID method, and multiple "time-temperature curves" can be set at will, and 30 steps can be programmed.
Excellent dynamic sealing system. Stainless steel metal flange, with valves and related interfaces, easy to disassemble and assemble, can be vacuumed, and can connect two air sources to slightly positive pressure at the same time
